Now I realize that the high speed leveling path the game currently have, could make new player like me, gimp

So, Im about to hit 50 in a bit, and still using level 10-ish body due to the expensive price in AH.

Which bring me to the question, what is the best "honest way" to get money
craft?
gatherer?
farming?

thanks
Now that you're 50, do your AF quests, they're free unless you lvled a TAU job. If you're a melee, your weapon is more important that any other gear slot obviously. Invest your money there. Heavy DD, get a hauburgeon(59?). Light melee, get a scorpion harness. Mage, it realy doesn't matter at all, just pile on MP and get a light staff for healing. All of this can be obtained very cheaply. You'll want to get some aby time in so you can purchace the cruor gear in teh late 70s. It's cheap and effective. Use it until you can outfit yourself better once you reach 99.

As for money, fishing is slow and sometime the initial investment can be a little high, but NPCing fish has always been rather lucrative.
