Steps:
1: Going to my home nation to retrieve storage items.
2: Some items have white name, no probleme with them; and some others have a grey name, it is just impossibe to do anything but watch the picture.
And, no, my inventory wasnt full.

Did you decrease the total amount of storage slots after you had filled it up? In example: Having 80 slots and fill it all up, rearrange your mog house so that you are left with only 40 storage slots.

Hello,
With 3 "9-Drawner Almirah" and 3 mannequin, i should have +132 spot. And i have some others +1 decorations.
They never left storage, and are in function for ages, so no, i didnt decrease storage space when it was filled up.
I didnt rearrange safe storage slots since all was functionning correctly.

Are the mannequins wearing the gear in question? You have to unequip the gear from the mannequins before you can remove the gear from storage.
