    When all jobs have capped exp and merits

    When we run out of things to spend merits on...
    I'm sure a lot of people have the issue of maxed exp/limit/merit points and nothing to do with the remainder.

    I think there should be an option once this has been reached to convert anymore exp to HP/MP.

    So Menu > Status > Merit Points > Mode Switch > EXP/Limit Points/HP/MP

    for example say i kill a mob and i am rewarded with 300 exp for the kill, when i'm fully capped on exp/limit/merits i am instead rewarded with 20% exp for HP (60HP) and 10% MP (30MP), this is not overpowered, provides that extra help with survivabilty and gives people a reason to keep their exp/limit/merits maxed at all times without feeling its going to waste.

    I think that is a by-product of exp burn out. Too much exp in too short of time. If SE is going to dish out that much exp, they better have more content to use it on. Heck some people on this forum want exp removed from the game all together but that is another sad matter...

    That's actually a pretty neat idea to be honest, I've been 100% capped for months, and months prior to the addition of meritable weaponskills. It would most likely never be even 10% though, maybe 5% if we were lucky.

    Sounds like a very nice way to make use of excess experience points. My main concern would be people might start shouting "merit capped only" players when doing activities.

    Also there would be a slight balance issue when it comes to AoE kills. I can imagine a WAR Fell cleaving a bunch of weaker mobs while your party is fighting an NM, essentially acting as a healer.

    Still I like the idea certainly.
