I did register the code correctly and it is attached to the right account. The Festive Moogle won't give me anything. I registered the code months ago, back when this issue was around:

...So I never got my beret as it was hit by the same bug.

I have included as much information as I possibly can in the /helpdesk message every time I send it, but a GM never gets back to me. How many hours do I need to play in one sitting before a GM is available? I've sent two /helpdesk messages and I played for three or four hours each time. Can't we just contact GMs through POL messages and save all the aggro?
