Margott, if you're both logging into the same PlayOnline ID you can only access one character at a time on the account, it will automatically kick the other off once you log in. If you indeed have 2 separate PlayOnline IDs and you are seeing a connection drop when one system tries to get online then you may be facing a larger issue of an IP conflict between your devices but we need to first figure out the kind of accounts you're logging into.
