Hello again,
I saw this a while ago and forgot to post it, a lot of the equipment from Nyzul Isle Uncharted Area has misspellings that go against an update that was performed maybe 4 years ago on every piece of equipment that had Magic Attack Bonus, so that they would all read "Magic. Atk. Bonus".
Every piece of equipment below reads on the help text "Magic Attack Bonus", but instead should read "Magic Atk. Bonus" to match the update on all the equipment that was done about 4 years ago. The following have "Magic Attack Bonus" in their help text:
Phorcys Korazin
Thaumas Hat
Nares Cap
Nares Saio
Nares Cuffs
Nares Clogs
Rheic korazin +3
Rheic korazin +2
Rheic korazin +1
Euxine hat +3
Euxine hat +2
Tethyan cap +3
Tethyan cap +2 <--- Correct spelling
Tethyan saio +3
Tethyan saio +2
Tethyan cuffs +3
Tethyan cuffs +2 <--- Semi Correct spelling, has the avatar "Magic Atk. Bonus" spelled right.
Tethyan clogs +3
Tethyan clogs +2
Also not Nyzul related, but Stoicheion Medal, Pharmakeia Robe, and Elder's grip all have the same issue.
For an example, Novio Earring, Moldavite Earring, and Hecate's Earring all have "Magic Atk. Bonus" in their help text. Also, all the Black Mage Empyrean equipment has "Magic Atk. Bonus". To make things easier you could change Novio etc to match all current equipment (less work)

Magic Attack Bonus Vs Magic Atk. Bonus....
Why is this even an issue? The devs have something better to do than pacify a player with OCD.
It means the same thing, it's just an abbreviation. Relax(0)

The point of this area is localization errors and such, so the OP is perfectly fine and isn't just pacifying OCD...

01-09-2013 05:52 PM #6You know... since they are so restricted on space on the item description panel... they could just abbrieviate all gear to "MAB"+ and then there wont be any discrepencies :P
