    Password won't work

    My password hasn't worked since I repayed what I owed, I've tried changing it many times but nothing. Has it got something to do with the server merge FFXI had earlier in the year or maybe my ID after I linked it?

    This issue has been ongoing since 11/3/2012

    If you are resetting the password via the reset tool on the Square Enix Account Management Website and are still unable to log in with the Square Enix ID and password you may be resetting the wrong account's password. It's common to see a player enter an email address for a second account (thinking it's the correct account) and resetting an older or derelict Square Enix ID. There isn't much we here in the tech support forums can do to remedy this other than advising you to check your information and try again but you can get further support. If you can't log in please contact the Support Center so that we may endeavor to assist you further.

    Hmm, I only have one account for Square-Enix... the password I use to log into my account on the Square-Enix website, it is the same as the one I use for logging into FFXI right?
