New crossbow and status bolts for thf

Hello SE,

We thf's have been waiting patiently. It's time to introduce some L99 crossbows and status bolts. Examples of new status bolts would include, but not limited to, all current status down +1, curse, weight, slow, etc. I would like to see the crossbow put to good use on thf again.

I'm ashamed to say that my Marksmanship is still at about 75 cap. Higher level Drain bolts would make me level it up again asap. Crossbow bolts used to be so helpful, it's sad they lost their purpose almost entirely. I still have my trusted Ziska's and a full ranged accuracy set waiting for an update that will probably never happen.

The only time I still use them is for soloing Limbus. I do Temenos West and the time I forgot them, I died a couple of times when there were a lot of links, and therefore ran out of time on the last floor, but also died to them anyway after killing only the first one.
