Gender/race/face Change.

Hello FFXI community,

I was wondering if the devs were looking into a gender/race/face change option. I currently play a female hume face 7a and would like to play a male hume face 6a I was wonderng if the devs had any plans to make this possible before or during the expansion?

Any question that begins with this phrase ends with the answer "no" roughly 99.999...% of the time.

Let's not forget that a similar thread can be found by looking a few thread down...

The only way I can even see SE do something like this, is if they drop PS2, beef up the graphics and overhaul the character creation process so every character has a far wider range of options. And even then you would be limited to your own race/gender.

But that won't happen until at least 2016. (After the usual 2 year expansion roll-out, plus another year to sabotage all the remaining PS2s with 'funny' code.)
