add a dislike button so we can show you how we truly feel
Only if it includes forced reply so you can say how you really feel in a quoted message.
If you want to show how much you dislike stuff simply do like I'm doing and quote the message with reasons you don't like it.
I don't like the idea of people being able to blindly click dislike without a reason. It would allow abuse of the dislike. Obviously, if someone can't articulate their reason for hitting dislike it shouldn't be available to them. It's counter productive if the reasons behind the dislike aren't explained by the person clicking it.![]()

Developers take notice when a post has a lot of likes. Please support your fellow posters if they make good suggestions or comments by clicking the like.

Isn't not hitting the like button the same as showing how much a post is disliked?
"Tonight on the Vana'diel Report, a poor innocent player lost a valuable 10-15 seconds of their lives by reading Antanias's signature."
No especially when it comes to the dev team responses that contain entirely retarded reasoning/adjustments, sure the dislike button could be abused but seriously? you're doing something wrong to garner the level of abuse required to make the dislike button a negative feature.
If more then anything i want it just as a "do not want" button every time the dev team decides they want to make my brain hurt.
SE already said no and it wsa a very emphadic no. 90% of the people on internet forums, particulary gaming forums are too immature to be able to handle the idea of a dislike button and it will lead to nothing more the greifing and/or groups of people ganging up on individuals for inane reasons that have nothing to do with the topic at hand.
