I like your concept. The only thing I would change is the usage of MP you would restrict the job too much if you lose MP while you are in the form. Also, would the form give you the weakness of the mob? like for example, you become a lizard will you be weak to beasts? It is not like being BLU or BST.

While in this form you gain the Vermin Killer Job Trait and a weakness to the ice element(Equal to half your level rounded up.).Your Hand-to-hand, Evasion and Parrying skills become augmented.
