Actualy changing the players model during forms would be nearly un-implementable(Yes I am awake of costume effects.). They could be more easily represented by auras or something similar. Think of the feral pact menu like the pet menu, it's empty until you have something out. Likewise, when you activate one of your feral forms, this menu will then have the form apropriate actions.
For example we'll use a 90SHF/45WAR: At that point You should have around 1000 HP and MP.
You activate Form of the Winged Tyrant from your JA menu Feral Froms III. Now while in this form, your character will then gain an aura(probably) and a status effect icon indicating that they are now in a/under the effect of a feral form. Now that you are in the Form of the Winged Tyrant your MP will begin to decrease to maintain said form, your once empty Feral Pact JA menu will now hold new actions that cost MP and your weapon skill menu will hold new weapon skills. Once out of MP your current feral form will be automatically canceled. Something is required to determine the strength of feral pacts. It was planned more on the concept of something more akin to berserk, if you're raging, you're not likely to be able to comprehend the intricacies of a sword which is why I left it to H2H only. B or C skills may be a little extreme too because while a form is active, their value is increased based off of your Fearl Magic Skill. B+B mod=too high and feral magic needs to be higher on it's own to proporly effect feral pacts.
