I like your concept. The only thing I would change is the usage of MP you would restrict the job too much if you lose MP while you are in the form.

MP on Feral Pacts is what help to restic the job and keep it from becoming over powered. Lose of MP will always loom over the heads of anyone job with MP sadly.

Edit:I've only ever been on the Bahamut server (under a different name)
and then transfered to Phoenix during the shut down of that server due to overpopulation (which led to it becoming a ghost town/server).

If there is some one masquerading under my name, let me know, as Zyeriis is an original name I came up with.
