New Beastmaster Pet Command

Add a new pet command named "Charge" that acts like a reverse provoke wich adds exrta hate on your pet towards the targeted enemy. This will help keep our pets focus on one enemy.

Do want, however I doubt the developers would add a function like this, claiming that balance must be preserved and somehow giving BST the ability to control their pet's actions in a more direct way would break that. Our available commands amount to us making suggestions to the pet that they may or may not follow, it's likely that the devs want to continue this formula indefinitely. The last couple of things that have been added/talked about for the job involve getting rid of our pets for negligible bonuses, I'm almost positive that anything else added will follow that trend.
