    "/pcmd add" not limited to region on /cmap

    I know I am going to regret reporting this, but...

    Platform: all
    Frequency: always
    World: Sylph
    Area and Coordinates: Wings of the Goddess areas (any listed on /campaignmap)
    Party or Solo: party
    Steps:
    1. Be in an area on /campaignmap
    2. Successfully send a party invitation via /partycmd to any other player on /campaignmap, regardless of region (e. g. a player in Windurst Walls [S] inviting a player in Southern San d'Oria [S])
    3. This cannot be done via /search results (the "Invite" button will be grayed out), only through the direct text command "/pcmd add <playername>"
