I'm actually manually working on one those myself. If there's a more automatic way of doing it through a program, by all means, let us know. I doubt this is the case though as I've seen many variations of that picture in signatures in the past, there's even some one in these forums that has a different albeit similar one of these pictures.

My sig was originally made by JP player years and years ago. I just translated to English, it used to be automated but that was long ago automation don't exist anymore. Now its mostly just work I have put into it and I update it once a month or so depending on what I get done just using photo shop. Ya a few ppl have ripped it off and called it there own. I have had it mine for so long and changed so much and added/takeaway to it doesn't look anything like it did way back then. I have it layered so can just edit the numbers on it with out messing with graphics to much till I want to completely rearrange everything again lol
