Halloween treat staff

Are the rewards the same each year for the halloween event? I was not around last Halloween. I want to try to get a treat staff this year if it's possible. Does anyone know how I can do that? And if it's possible for a low level player to achieve.

It is possible and Most likely will be available during Halloween event, I don't think there's been a year, at least since it was released in North America, that there has not been a chance to get the Trick and treat staves, best thing to do is get a bunch of stacks of different cookies, you can buy them cheap from certain shops in some cities, and buy a stack of gob chocolates, think you can buy those from gobbie shop in jeuno, think the gob in the back of the back room.

Harvest_Festival_2011-Guide there may be suttle differences this year but the event for the staff you want is, or should be almost the same as most of the previous years.

well have fun, the harvest festival event is probably my favorite event...=)

Are ginger cookies good to use? They are just cheap and easy for me to get, I have no fast way of getting to Jeuno for gob chocolate.

Anyone know how to use the warp on it?

You equip it, wait for the cooldown to end, then use the item from the menu like you would use any other item.
