Steps:
Detailed steps on how the issue occurred.
1 - Take a COR and a BLU into Diorama and begin a match.
2 - Equip a twilight torque on a naked BLU.
3 - Have the COR perform an UNRESISTED Fire Shot on the BLU.
4 - Take note of the damage taken by the BLU.
5 - Unequip twilight torque on the naked BLU.
6 - Have the COR perform an UNRESISTED Fire Shot on the BLU.
7 - Notice the damage remains the same.

I'm not sure if this behavior is intended, but either way, COR is extremely overpowered in ballista at the moment and can instant KO any player at will, especially when they use "hyper" which is when the player exploits the programming behind the /quarry command to be able to gain access to repeated powerful items such as Revitalizers. Fixing the issue above would at least tip the scales a little more in everyone else's favor when it comes to possibly surviving the double fire shot > Wildfire spamming CORs.
