Steps:
1. Gain clearance to Provenance
2. Fight all three Caturae battles
3. Do all cutscenes to gain access to Provenance Watcher fight
4. Lose Provenance Watcher fight
5. Fast forward 3/4/5months later (I don't even remember how long ago I lost)
6. Enter Provenance, fight all three Caturae battles again
7. Enter Provenance Watcher fight and win, get no Atmacite/periapt
8. Check Glimmering Trove, take mediocre treasure, get no Atmacite/periapt
9. Check Regal Pawprints, get cutscene
10. Look on BGWiki, see the next cutscene is zoning from provenance to walk of echoes, zone out.
11. Get another cutscene and check quest log to see the final quest "Ad Infinitum"
12. Check chat log again, check Voidwatch key item list, still see no atmacite/periapt. Checked my title: Witness to Provenance.

Please tell me I'm not gonna have to do this fight again and *hope* they drop next time. I was under the impression they were supposed to be 100% drop. (And I've already done this fight on another char several months ago, who DOES have the atmacite/periapts, so I determined where they should be on my list from that, and they weren't there.)
