Hello Kohachi!
We are always looking for ways to improve the procedures and service. The idea of returning the pop items upon disconnection is interesting, though it may be a bit hard for us to always verify the reason for the disconnection and the consumption of the items, but I am not saying it is a bad suggestion.
We are actually doing an audit of our policies, so this was a great time to offer this idea. I'll go ahead and add it to our list of suggestions. =)
