    Shameless bump.

    And a TL;DR, for those who don't want to read it all:

    A soothing healer who wastes all their MP on debuffs is not soothing. A fierce attacker that uses lv1 WSes instead of level 60+ WSes is not fierce.

    If SE wants the NPCs to keep a "mind of their own", as they have earlier said, this mind of theirs shouldn't be completely retarded.
