For example: I joined a party last night that was going to do a T1 clear and if lucky, a T2. After 4 hours, there was only 8 of us. The party disbanded and I had wasted 4 hours since I was in there from the start.

I don't mean to come across as rude or someone with animosity so if my post reflects that in any way that's not how it was intended ^^;
A pt of 8 can clear lower tier no problem, why'd you just go with 8?

You can go for the run without clear, but you still won't get the title. If pulse cell is useable by anyone without the title, you may as well ask all VW ex/rare to be sellable, isn't it easier?
