After update Crashing in AU only..so far..on 1 of 4 systems/accnts

After the last update, as my primary character on my primary Accnt on PC, I tried to get signet prior to a Besieged and got d/c'd to point of requiring task manager to take me fully out of POL. Prior to actual screen loss the NPC showed a "? my character name" and the golden curser below that. So logged back in, and since mobs were attacking decided to skip signet running to Al Zabbi to get in, targeted another npc on the way and again D/C'd same way. Next loggin I only went to battle, no problem got XP. When Beseiged was over tried one of my mules on that same accnt who talked to whitegate npc outside MH and was also D/C'd same way. Work delayed further checking of this till now. Called SE and they sent me here to write out what had and still is occuring. Read about the variety of crashes happening. So far here is what happens: In AU only I get different reactions from talking to various NPC types and Moogle : I am either D/C'd or given "?my name" then blank choices, or stuck completely, or am given the ?name then some Japanese characters,then red lines (no red designated by me in font colors) some characters, and um...code looking things. I can use AU aution house in Whitegate but not npc one, I can warp to and from Whitegate with my magic, (dont know about warp npc) This happens with any of that characters mules. None of this happens on my 2nd acct characters (Different computer) or my friend's characters on his PS2 or his characters on his PC. We share same internet connection for 4 different systems. So far have none of these problems in Home Nation with npcs. So that being said am hoping this can get fixed soon so can recieve Imperial standing points and do missions in AU.

Thank you. I was directed by SE phone tech support to take the issue here and he walked me through getting to the bug section.
Details are in previous post.
1. lst crashing happened right after update patch on 25th and has continued through this message.
2. HP Pavilion media center model KC878AA-ABA m8307c (upgraded 2010 [for ffxiv] new hard drive
(sorry dont know name-? galaxy something) connected to plasma HD screen
3. Win 7
4. NVIDIA GeForce GTX 465
5. 1000 GB RAM

Hello????? No response from you. Am still getting kicked off in AU on my primary and longest held accnt. Same as before. For mules as well. Ashrand does something different each time. One time as primary character got signet but no options for refresh or regen could be seen...actually got signet on a blank line. Can talk to some npc but then the next one will kick me off freezing my computer. Please someone give me some direction. Am not sure if I am talking to other players here or TECH SUPPORT. I am unable to play properly on this acct...SINCE THE UPDATE! Problems only occur in AU and on one of 4 accounts. We have a PS2 2 desktop(one running xp) and the BEST computer is having the problem...please help me out here. I am still paying to play. Have done some reading and my computer hardware meets your requirements...


Internet connection is with Optimum/Bresnan.
These issues happen everytime I go to AU-Whitegate and Al Zabbi.
Is this an issue with my computer or a BUG? I am reading reports of others having same/similar problems.
