Crafting nerfed?

I noticed the past couple of weeks that leveling crafting has been horrendous. My breaks have been more critical than usual and I'm getting virtually no skill every time I do a successful synth. Today I checked the moonphase, 67% wasn't so bad. I should've been getting plenty enough of skills, and I was only 2 points away from the cap for that recipe. I expected I'd get close to 1 whole point from a stack of materials, but didn't get a single fraction of a point. What's going on?

It's only just started like this from since there was a server hiccup that caused everyone to DC, before that my breaks weren't so critical when close to cap and points were slowly coming in at 0.1% every few synths that it took a stack and a half of materials to reach a full point. Now it's taking me 2-3x more. Last week I went through 6 stacks of materials and only got 1.5 points of skill! And the breaks were insane.

Hmmm, I think it's always been horrible to me.
Perhaps they instead fixed a bug where everyone else were getting more? ^^;

Meaning that I have not noticed anything different myself... just horrible and bad as usual.

i have noticed i dont get as many skillups using kitron macaroons when they put artisans advantage on. Also different weeks break more. Maybe its the vandiel month that also affects breaking.
