Blazing Buffaloes event glitch

I am so annoyed, spent 2 hours in-game herding the buffalo to the moogle. He will not teleport them away when I bring them to him. Had 3 babies behind me and a mother in front of me. Second time I tried with just a mother and he will still not teleport out. I have talked to friends and looked at guides for help but all say the moogle should teleport the cows out. According to the guides I am reading, I am doing everything correctly, I have scent on and am participating in the event based on the level sync indicator. I have tried zoning, talking to the moogle while the buffaloes are there, and logging out but the event will still not continue for me. Please help. I would like the belt before the event ends.

According to a guide: "The Buffalo will automatically Warp out when you get close to the Moogle with them, and you will be awarded points." This is not happening for me.

Nevermind, I was taking them to the first moogle when I was supposed to be taking them to another. >.> Sorry for the useless post.

I am glad the problem you were experiencing turned out not to be a bug. As this matter has been solved, I am closing this thread. If you ever experience any other issues you think may have something to do with an in-game bug, please feel free to post them in this forum.
