    Shield vs Counter bug

The Shield vs Counter issue I reported on the test server has made it to the main servers.

Previously there was a shield block check on counter attacks. If a block was rolled, the counter was prevented entirely. This check appears to have been removed entirely. Further, the damage taken from counters doesn't appear to be mitigated by shield blocks either.

As there was no notice of this change in the update notes, I continue to assume it's a bug, rather than an intended change in game mechanics.

    Platform:Windows
    ISP:AT&T U-Verse
    Type of Internet Connection:Cable
Internet Connection Speed:23mbs down, 3mbps up.
    Date & Time:September 24th, 2012
    Frequency:Always(easily reproduced)
    Character Name:Martel
    Race:Elvaan
    World:Ragnarok
    Main Job:PLD
    Support Job:RDM(or any)
Area and Coordinates:La Vaule[S] used as test location. But would occur anywhere with MNK monsters
    Party or Solo:Solo
    NPC Name:N/A
Monster Name:Orcish Champion(but any MNK monster would work)
    Steps:
    1.Equip Ochain(lvl 90).
    2.Engage MNK monster.
    3.Observe Counter attacks.

Normally, on a EP MNK monster like the one used, shield block rate would be 100% from Ochain. Thus all counter attacks would be prevented.
