pol / se account issues?

Hey guys. Probably not the right place to put this, but I'm at a loss and really need help from those of you which have different service accounts / same SE ID and I'm hoping I can luck out and someone can help me out because I've missed the allocated hours for phone support. (mods, please move this to where it's supposed to go!) I convinced my other half to play XI and created a POL service account for him yesterday, but can't link it to my existing SE account. SE's knowledge base says I can have multiple service accounts linked to the same ID; so it can be done, it's just not working.

Since he's still on a POL ID, he can't log in. Help? Thank you. If it helps, I purchased his copy of XI on steam, used the SE account management page to create his POL ID from the registration code steam provided with no problems, it's just linking the POL account to my SE one which isn't working.

Mmmmmmmm, Idk but me and my wife have seperate s.e. accounts.

Has your husband tried logging I'm as himself? Create his own s.e. account?
