Faulty World Transfer

Hey I wasn't sure if this belonged ingame or tech support but I just paid for a world transfer and I know it went through because my crysta has been taken. My problem is I think I may have confused it.

My original character was named 'Shigaru' and was on Ifrit when I quit the game several years ago, upon reactivation I found I was on Odin and no one I used to play with was still around. So after browsing the forums of Zam and other sites, I found a good linkshell on Lakshimi and decided to check them out.

I created a second character named 'Shigaru' and planned on starting over on the new server. Long story short, I changed my mind and decided to just char transfer over. I had already gotten my Destier Beret on my new character so I didn't want to delete him, but I didn't want to be forced to name change on my original character so I simply figured I'd swap their worlds and put my old char with the new linkshell I found on Lakshimi.

So it looked like this basically:

Shigaru (Odin) -> Lakshimi
Shigaru (Lakshimi) -> Odin

My only question is, is it possible I confused the service by trying to flip flop servers on 2 chars of the same name? Because i've searched all over and seen no complaints of people saying the transfer wasn't instant and its been around half hour for me now and theres no sign of the transfer happening.

Any help on this? Am I just impatient or have I actually got a problem? To clarify, I want my high level character to be on Lakshimi and my Low level brand new char to be moved to Odin.

We're sorry to hear that your transfer did not go through. This issue is actually something that can be resolved by either a GM or a Support Center Representative. You are encouraged to either contact our Support Center or type "/helpdesk" while in Final Fantasy XI to contact someone that will help you with this matter.
