Area: Windurst Woods - Inside Mog House
Solo
NPC: Moogle

Steps:
1. Reactivated account
2. Traded bronze piece to moogle to unlock mog locker
3. Access to mog locker working properly
4. Next day Activated content ID for expansion Abyssea
5. Reactivated 2 additional characters (they actually didnt reactivate properly - i just got two blank spaces for new characters)
6. Activated code for in-game item that came in with abyssea but for a different character. Didnt receive the item (berret) either
7. My character is Windurstian Rank 10 with full rank points; I mention it because when i went to Chocobo racing entrance and spoke with npc by the gate it said that he only sells goods to citizens of Windurst. So it seemed weird to me that he didnt recognize my character as Windustrian.
8. I went to my mog house. Talked to moogle. He says my mog locker lease expires on 9/19/2012
9. I try to access mog locker. It says in the chat window: "You currently dont have access to mog locker"
10. I tried Kristal's suggestion - traded another bronze piece to the moogle. It says now: Lease expires 9/26/2012
11. I try accessing mog locker - still not able to access it. same message - you currently dont have access to your mog locker.
