unable to access mog locker

Well, yesterday i reactivated my old account. I unlocked access to my mog locker and i was able to access it without problem - it says mog locker lease expires 2012/09/19. Today I registered Abyssea expansion and surprise - i tried to access mog locker and it doesnt let me. It still says lease expires 2012/09/19 but right under it, in the next line says "you currently dont have access to your mog locker" and all items are grayed out. Whats happening? I am in my mog house in Windurst when i attempt to access it. HELP !!!

Did you try trading 1 imperial bronze piece to see if it adds 5 days?

Steps:
1. Reactivated account
2. Traded bronze piece to moogle to unlock mog locker
3. Access to mog locker working properly
4. Next day Activated content ID for expansion Abyssea
5. Reactivated 2 additional characters (they actually didnt reactivate properly - i just got two blank spaces for new characters)
6. Activated code for in-game item that came in with abyssea but for a different character. Didnt receive the item (berret) either
7. My character is Windurstian Rank 10 with full rank points; I mention it because when i went to Chocobo racing entrance and spoke with npc by the gate it said that he only sells goods to citizens of Windurst. So it seemed weird to me that he didnt recognize my character as Windustrian.
8. I went to my mog house. Talked to moogle. He says my mog locker lease expires on 9/19/2012
9. I try to access mog locker. It says in the chat window: "You currently dont have access to mog locker"
10. I tried Kristal's suggestion - traded another bronze piece to the moogle. It says now: Lease expires 9/26/2012
11. I try accessing mog locker - still not able to access it. same message - you currently dont have access to your mog locker.

Hello Kershen,

Thank you for your report. I see that you are trying to access the locker in Windurst. Do you have the option enabled to access the Mog Locker outside of the Aht Urhgan area? I suspect this may be the case, as you received 7 days of time for a Bronzepiece. Normally to access the Mog Locker from other areas, you would only receive 5.

To unlock the Mog Locker from other areas, you will need to speak with the Mog Locker NPC in Whitegate.

To unlock the Mog Locker from other areas, you will need to speak with the Mog Locker NPC in Whitegate.

Fubruhn (F-11), right next to moghouse entrance in Whitegate. Keep in mind that changing it so it's accessible all across Vana'diel will reduce your days remaining by 2/7th (as you pay for 5 days instead of 7), and you cannot get the lost days back if you change back to the first mode. It's worth it though.
