Simply

!00% TP = 750 damage @ max Enmity

200% TP = 1500 damage

300% = 2250 damage

This shouldn't cause issues since your basically building tp at the same rate and the delay / damage over time is the same, but with that much damage on 1 shot, it would allow PLDs to use it as a hate grabber. It would make Atonement viable to use again and it's not overpowered as far as a PLDs DoT is concerned.
