POL-1363 -.-

Hello.
So let me just say that I have tried everything I could think of. I have tried to find info, but what I found was old info that did not help. I'll try to give all the info I can here, sorry if I forget to add.

So it has been about 10 days now from my last log in. 1 full week trying to figure out what is going on (full as in, a few hours each night after work).

I need to explain what is going on, as it is a bit strange. So when I could log in, it should go something like this:
-Log into POL (1 time password..)
-Next screen I call the "Blue/Crystal" screen. This is the main info page everyone sees. This is also the page that loads the Quickplay Crystal that lets you skip over this entire page loading.
-Next page I call "White", it should load right into the page with the copper PLAY button. One should see some Whitegate images here.
-FFXI should load.

None of this happens for me, kind of...
How it goes for me, and where my issue is:
-Log in POL: check, can do this.
-Blue screen: After receiving mail/messages the screen will just stay and after a few minutes I'll get the POL-1363. HOWEVER if I move my cursor up to have the drop down menu show, and click File Check, that "pop-up" window will show. If I click BACK, the blue screen will load the Quickplay crystal and the rest.
-So then I get to white screen. I would need to do the File Check > Back > Page load "trick" to get half the Menu to show up here (with the Whitegate image), then I could Right Click, hit Reload (this would change the image) and the PLAY button would appear.

Above is what I've been having to do for the last 3 months of play. However I can no longer advance, even using my little "trick." I POL-1363 at the white screen. The only thing that has happened in the last week is I wiped my PC clean (was getting slugish, so I went with the quick fix).
Re-installed everything needed.

My PC:
Asus g73 laptop, it is about 2 years old now.
It has Win7 64 bit
It owns this game, so I'm not giving full stats. I can log into my other games just fine.
I do have the right POL.
Everything has been re-updated.
Router: Belkin N600 DB Wireless Dual-Band N+ Router.

I'm not very tech savvy when it comes to Routers, so I don't know if that is where my issue lies. However, 10 days ago I could log in.

Any help would be great.
