It didn't make sense before, but now that clusters stack it would be nice. Maybe that ninja tool galka wants some new flowers.

This has merit but why are you asking for an out of the way NPC? Wouldn't you rather have something that can be done any place? Say you've been fighting in GOV party 5 hours.

(you) Sorry guys I'm full crystals need to trade them to an NPC in Jeuno real quick. (Other player) Don't be stupid if you leave the zone all your prowess and experience bonuses are lost. (You) I know but I ask SE to make an NPC to fuse crystals instead of a key item or personal fusion furnace.
1 day later after fusion NPC is made.
