Free trial issues

My sister started a free trial of FFXI and it just expired. In a try of transfering it for regular service i found out a few issues:

a) www.finalfantasyxi.com (NA site) "buy now" link is broken. When you click on it all i get is the error icon at browser.

b) Can't buy the codes at POL viewer anymore

c) Online store links of POL site (NA site) are either broken, fowarding us or out of stock.

d) At SE management system i don't have the option to buy the registration codes from there.

How you guys expect someone to start playing/return to FFXI if you can't buy the game even from SE? At least the registration code sales should be available for online purchase.

I hope someone from SE can reply on this since i'd love to have an purchase option ASAP, before the trial transfer period ends.
