how do I link my unlinked content id to my one handle?

Never mind... I linked the content id to a new handle... I don't know what that means... But, I can login and all of my characters are there, one of which is linked to a different handle...

I've been gone for a long time and no longer speak squeenixese very well, and am unsure about content ids and handles. Handle is username for friendlist etc., I think. And content ID corresponds to an in game character. Yes?

After logging in, I am told that I have an unlinked content id. How do I link it?

In the handle list, I select the handle, then list content ids. All have the in game character name in the left column and the name of my handle in the right column, except that the last has only the character name (the unlinked content ID, I assume). If I select that, it says select destination... What destination? Select where? THe only option I see is "back" which... goes back.

Err... more information: After clicking back I selected "Link" hoping this means link the handle to the row I had selected before clicking back. It then says content ID limit reached.... I have 9 content IDs, the squeenix account management page shows all 9 characters paid for. What do I need to do?
