Using ANY third-party tools to aid in gameplay is a violation of the PlayOnline and FINAL FANTASY XI Terms of Service. Refer to sections 2.1 and 2.5 of the FINAL FANTASY XI User Agreement.

2.1 Cheating and Botting.
You may not create or use any cheats, bots, automation software, hacks, mods or any other unauthorized software designed to modify the Game and gameplay. In addition, you may not take advantage of game system bugs and exploits during gameplay.

The app doesn't modify the game or gameplay, and does not use any bug or exploits.

2.5 Data Mining.
You may not intercept, mine or otherwise collect information from the Game using unauthorized third party software.

This app does not collect any information from the game (users have to enter it manually and it doesn't save it).

Just in case you feel like quoting other numbers, it also doesn't fall under 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.6, 2.7 or 2.8.
