Just a quick Ability that would make life of RDMs a bit better!

There probably is a bajillion threads\posts about what would "fix" RDM.
But yeah, RDM has always been main enfeebler, and for a long time it was the mage you wanted for buffs(refresh, etc).
I'd love to see some more enhancing-action from RDM.
One thing would be, similar to how BRD gets Pianissimo, RDM could get an ability that makes an enhancing magic AoE centered around the caster. (Oposite of Pianissimo, basicly).
It would need a low recast, but have +100% recast/casting time and mp-cost maybe?
Penalty on recast\casting time\mp-cost could still be pretty huge, and this would still be awesome.
Af3+2 augment with enhanced duration with composure was a good start, but not nearly enough to make RDM worth bringing for this purpose.
Allowing for Temper to be AoEd would allready be a huge improvement, but that's asking too much I guess?

It's the most requested JA for RDMs. We were officially told "NO" a while back and that RDM was a self buffer only, basically.

They might change their mind in the future, but they don't actually have any plans announced plans for RDM other than general buffs like the improvement to elemental magic. It's not to say that RDM doesn't get a lot out of those buffs, because IMO the healing adjustment was very good to RDM. I suspect the change to Elemental Magic will make Nuking a lot more attractive for RDM. We'll probably throw Tier IV nukes as fast as most BLU throw their Physical Blue Magic.

I don't suspect we will get any more love any time soon since our new SP ability is pretty much terrible so far and they have not expressed any interest in adjusting it.
