Ranodm stats by equiping attachments?

Never noticed it but it's irritating cause I had to change some attachments due to changing circumstances.
And yes you can get +20 on all stats without maneuvers.

It's purely a graphical glitch that's been in existence ever since the job was added. The stats don't actually increase despite how it would appear. It doesn't change anything, it just looks odd, and it usually rights itself after you activate your pet or change zones, which is why SE hasn't bothered to fix it. I'd rather they continue to ignore it, too, honestly, because there's no gain in fixing it, but the time could be spent on fixing some other, more harmful bug.
