Jailed in Nyzul for using Sprinter's Drink

While recently participating in a pick up group for Nyzul Isle, I was jailed during a run along with another player, being accused of using 3rd party programs, for movement enhancement. I understand there's an outbreak of people using all sorts of methods to complete the new Nyzul, I stayed away from ever using them, because I was afraid of being jailed, for something that wasn't worth it. When I spoke to the GM, I kept insisting that they check the log, since they claim they have "all sorts of methods" for investigation, since I was pulled into jail soon after I used a Sprinter's Drink. While the other person pulled into Jail, was guilty, the other person who was doing this, dc'd shortly before this incident, and returned without any consequences, but for whatever reason I was pulled in his place, even though I play this game clean. Sure, everyone will accuse me of using 3rd party software, and complaining about being caught (which isn't true) After being jailed 6 years ago, who's dumb enough to use any 3rd party software again for a second strike, I know I'm not.

I feel completely helpless, that I am accused of something I did not commit, and although I insisted to both the Gm, and Senior GM to see I was clearly not using any 3rd party software, my please fell on deaf ears. I worry not only will this happen to me again sometime down the line, for their errors, but that this can happen to anyone else as well, and then some of you people might care.

I don't expect anything from them these days. They're probably hideously understaffed and most of them are just your average run-of-the-mill Customer service Employees who wouldn't know a Gameboy from a Playstation 3. So they were likely just following procedure, using some horrifically automated system which they're instructed to obey like god that makes no mistakes, and using their "Scripts" to tell you why you're there.

I mean, Some GM's have personality, but most of them are simply CS Employees doing what they're told.

But thats not to say your issue may not be solved. A Year or two back, I was jailed for the same reason, Not in Nyzul, But just somewhere else... Apparently I was auto-jailed by a system while i was afk. I was apparently picked up because of Flee. Which i find funny... But point being, I was let go without even a warning, Since it was apparently A mistake.

Regardless, I have a feeling the tragic way Karbuncle disappears is because some lazy GM accuses me of Flee hacking while I'm on THF Because they're just an average CustomerService-joe who knows nothing about the game told to jail anyone going above 50% and can't comprehend a Job Ability Movement speed or Fajin boots + Mazurka.

Yeah, I just don't understand why I have to pay for someone else's actions. I kept telling them to check the log where I clearly used a Sprinter's drink. I'm going to try calling tomorrow, I have already submitted an e-mail, which I received a Ticket Number, and explain this case. It's a great injustice to be accused of something you would never dream of doing, especially in a event where they heavily monitor people cheating, it's a stupid move to cheat there.

You admit to using hacks in the past and you admit to partying with someone that you knew well enough to know that they were using hacks.

It's done by association, by continuing to play with them and not reporting them you are as good as cheating yourself.

If someone steals something, you know about it but say nothing do you yourself then think by association you are in no way wrong for basically acting like that is acceptable.

It's harsh but fair, you gain an unfair advantage by them cheating.
