When you did not receive reraise, how long did you have the set equipped before you were KO'd? Did you switch to the set the moment it happened? In which case, you may need take server latency into account for the reraise effect to be applied before being incapacitated. Can you try to see if that is the case? If so, please let us know if you are still having a problem or resolved your issue so we can either escalate the matter further or close out the thread.
