    Okay, now I am annoyed 1 month has passed and still no Beret. Seriously are you even trying to fix the issue. The response via phone call was less then satisfactory. On going investigation or not as a company you'd think it would be in good interests to fix issues. Knowing the mods I'll get the same damn cookie cutter response as always.

    Moogle still says he has nothing for me.
