I recently bought the steam edition of FFXI which promised a destrier beret, I have loaded my code for the beret onto the website and should be able to pick it up from the festive moogle in port bastok. Yet when I talk to the moogle he doesnt have anything for me. I've been waiting for almost a month to receive my item yet he will not give it me.
