lmfao Zebra. . . . I agree with you about everything but the xbox 360 thing i am just saying do this because its an affordable route not everyone has 500+ dollars to spend on a pc but a 100 360 is usually in grasps and you dont have to pay for a gold membership!
You can use the ps3 controller on PC but it requires very specific drivers and is a huge pain to get working. I tried, many times before just going out and buying that 360 gamepad at radioshack (it was also either $9.99 or $19.99, can't remember -_- *facepalm*). Anyway, I recommend just buying a gamepad rather than trying to figure that ps3 to pc driver mess out (not worth the headache).
Different note: Who cares how many of these threads I've seen? No one, what bothers me is the bickering about which is the better option, which happens every single time, this thread is absolutely no exception, clearly.
Yes, I know they have a USB charging cord. I just don't recall if you have to use them on a PC with the cord, or via blue tooth. I know I can't use my Xbox controller on my PC with the charging cable, and that I have to use a wireless dongle to get it to work.
And Rog anwers my question.
Real PCs don't have bluetooth.
Do NOT get that microsoft xbox 360 wireless controller adapter, that piece of crap is poorly constructed and will fry for no reason. Waste of money. It's so poorly constructed that amateur sodders were able to open it up and sod the wires back together to make it work again.
The only people i've seen that dislike Xbox 360 are either the following.
1. They've actually never played one.
2. They have no idea what they're talking about.
3. Sony fanboys.
Good thing for me I own all 3 this gen consoles + a gaming PC.
*EDIT*
I also have the Wireless 360 Controller Adapter for my PC and it works fine and i've had it for over a year.
