    Seems rather disappointing.

    Naked

    Phalanx removed: 38 points of damage instead of 32
    Protect V granted: +87
    Refresh II: 9 instead of 6
    Blink: 5 shadows
    Regen II: 17

    For a 30~45 second recast 2-hour I was at least hoping for Double the potency.
