I'm one of the lucky few that has had good experiences with GMs because I have almost no experience with GMs.

The online chat folk, on the other hand, have been generally useless. I presented the same problem to three of them and got three different curt responses to it. After trying to follow up on all three I realized that they were all wrong and had to go fix the problem myself with their third party payment processor. Maybe the billing department should talk to the support guys a little.
