    Post-fix Destrier Beret issues

    Characters: Vosh and Alixy
    Server: Sylph
    Problem: Post-fix Destrier Beret- still cannot obtain from Festive Moogle (in Windurst).

    We have been waiting a few days now. It seems that players are starting to see these hats after the fix!
    Please perform the magic on us as well! (Both of us!!)

    I too, have experienced problems getting my Destrier Beret

    Laoni, on Ragnarok.

    Support told me to contact a GM, who took my details and put it on the investigation list

    Same thing here. I redeemed a code for my gf this morning and she got it within seconds. Still not seeing anything on my character, since the 23rd.
