    Didn't receive my Destrier Beret

    Character name: Niyanna

    I went to the Festive Moogle today and I am still told that he has nothing for my character. The Destrier Beret is shown under my SE Acount under the reward code redemption section but I still have not received my item

    Yeah...before putting out a message stating that the issue has been resolved, they really should have, well...actually made sure it was resolved. Can't get mine either.
