    STILL no destrier beret

    I've tried redoing the code on account management page, I've talked to the moogles.

    Could I please get some kind of service on this issue. This is rediculous. SE needs to provide me some form of playtime appeasement or I am not continuing to play this game.

    I have the same problem, there is still NO Destrier Beret from the festive moogle in C-14 as I started in Windhurst.

    I been waiting 3-4 weeks for this and my 30 days free time expires tomorrow as I have not played it yet as I been searching for this in game item and it is registered in SE account management I still get nothing form the festive moogle.

    I seriously put off and if its not sorted will not pay for this game online again, I wasted 30 days on nothing waiting for a reply, now they say its resolved and its not! I have emailed them the same..I may aswell just pay for FFIV....this is wasting my time....sorry
