Even after Square-Enix's so-called "fix", after talking to the Festive Moogle in Bastok I am unable to obtain the Destrier Beret. I registered the code one month ago. Is there something I'm missing?
Character: Barhloew

I still can't claim mine either... Tried it multiple times after the announcement that it was fixed...
Yeaaa idk what they talk about fixing the crap is still broken. i think the people that have been waiting are getting get screw in the long run.
Only thing i dont get is if they make you pick with character will get the beret why do we have to take yet another step to get the beret, should just be sent to the mailbox since they make us pick a character anyways.
Still broken guys. Seriously. You're really putting players off. If you guys are going to announce something as "fixed" then perhaps it should actually be fixed.
Greetings Barhloew, Maratea, Godriik, Ahrima
I am sorry to hear you are still having trouble acquiring your Destrier Berets. I have made sure to submit your information to the development team, and they will make sure to thoroughly investigate this matter, based on your report. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee that a direct response will be posted on this thread, but I do recommend consulting http://www.PlayOnline.com or http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxi/fo...ersion-Updates for any details about the development team's investigation. Thanks again for your report!
