    Battle music

    In the monotonous nature of this game, can't we have a random battle music generator? To have different battle music every time we engage an enemy. The number of battle music can be limited to what you have already heard from where it came from so it can be spoiler-free (lol). This doesn't have to take effect in battlefields because we fight in them a lot less than elsewhere where an exp party and farming takes place.

    Of course, there would be the ability to filter this feature on/off. It would probably be off by default, like how it is with bell sounds (to my amusement).

    And for the love of cid,.... Do something cool to the campaign music, it was awesome the first time i heard it, but any more just gives me a kink in my neck from all the night at the roxburry head bobing to it.

    The theme should of been remixed to vary depending upon which region you're doing campaign in (Bastok/Sandoria/Windurst/Northlands). They actually did a decent job with the regular battle BGMs- I believe there's a separate overworld+dungeon theme for every expansion area.

    I'd say if you heard the song at least once, maybe they could add a box of acquired BGMs that would randomize what you hear when you draw your weapon?

    (Of course, there's always Winamp...)

    Personally, I always wished we had the traditional Final Fantasy series victory fanfare. Not at the end of every battle, just major ones: Voidwatch, Burning Circle fights, Ultima/Omega, Einherjar bosses, that kind of thing.

    I think one that the music is one of the best things in this game, especially battle themes. Like, in all the Abyssea parties I've been in, all that time grinding, I never really got tired of the battle music in the long run.

    There are the -better- songs, though (like ALEXANDER hnnnggg, Fighters of the Crystal, A Realm of Emptiness, and many others) but I feel like they should stay where they are, you know? I don't think that the Ark Angel theme would really be done justice in any other kind of battle. It's not a "waste of good song", but rather a song for a very special battle.

    Even with the regular battle themes, it just wouldn't feel right to have the wrong song playing in the wrong area. Maybe that's just me, but I wouldn't want to hear the WotG outside battle theme in Ru'Aun Gardens. The music makes up the environment just as importantly as the scenery does.

    There are worse things SE could do of course, and I wouldn't be terribly upset if this becomes an option, as long as they let you turn the option off.
